SUSPECTED ARSON FIRE IN SANTA CRUZ

SANTA CRUZ, CALIF. - When fire broke out at a Felix Street Apartment complex on August 20, Bay NewsVideo received the call at 4:15pm. The story aired on the 6pm newscast on KSBW-8, the No. 1 rated station in the Salinas-Santa Cruz-Monterey market. "First in...First on," mission complete. Police later arrested a man on suspicion of arson in connection with the fire that destroyed the apartment.
